Bed Pro Terms and Conditions –
Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Bed Pro platform, accessible at bedpro.click and all associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on Bed Pro, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Bed Pro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address on file.

2Eligibility

To use Bed Pro, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are using the Platform as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee of Bed Pro, a member of an employee's immediate household or a contractor with access to non-public operational data.
• You have not previously been excluded from Bed Pro under a self-exclusion request that remains in force.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

Bed Pro may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold a maximum of one registered account on Bed Pro. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Bed Pro reserves the right to void bets placed across duplicate accounts and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Changes to name or date of birth require documentary support and must be requested through the support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Bed Pro will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password without delay. Bets placed through your account credentials before a compromise is reported remain your financial responsibility.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

Bed Pro operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard practice across the online gaming industry. You may be required to provide verification documents at any of the following points: when you first request a withdrawal; when your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold; when account activity triggers a risk review; or at any time at Bed Pro's reasonable discretion.

Acceptable identity documents typically include a Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Proof of payment method may also be required — for example, a screenshot showing your Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all requested KYC documents have been reviewed and approved. Bed Pro aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. If documents are incomplete or unclear, you will be contacted to resubmit. Providing falsified or altered documents is grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

5Deposits & Payments

All deposits at Bed Pro are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.

Funds deposited via mobile wallet methods typically appear in your Bed Pro account within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Bed Pro does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges which are beyond our control.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made via payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending investigation.
• Bed Pro reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at its discretion and to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual deposits.
• Deposits are non-refundable once placed, except in cases of technical error documented on the Bed Pro side.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Bed Pro are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM PKT on business days are ordinarily processed the same day. Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays are processed the following business day.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. If your account has not previously completed KYC, your first withdrawal request will trigger a verification review which must be completed before funds are released. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are subject to routine compliance checks only.

• Bonus-derived winnings carry wagering requirements that must be completed in full before the relevant portion of a balance can be withdrawn.
• Bed Pro reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on withdrawals exceeding Rs 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than the depositing method require written approval and may require additional documentation.
• In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

7Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, Bed Pro offers bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless a promotion page states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all Bed Pro bonuses:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are automatically applied to qualifying bets unless you opt out using the bonus management settings in your account.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bets placed on certain markets, events or game types may not contribute fully — or at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bed Pro reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already actively being wagered at the point of cancellation will be honoured to completion under the original terms.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using promotional funds as part of matched betting strategies or placing low-risk offsetting bets — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

8Betting Rules

Bed Pro offers sports betting markets across cricket, football and numerous other sports. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet confirmation message is displayed and the bet appears in your bet history, it is binding and cannot be cancelled unless Bed Pro exercises its right to void under the conditions below.

Bed Pro reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Obvious pricing errors where the displayed odds are materially inconsistent with the true market value of the selection.
• The relevant event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the result criteria for the market are met, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• The bet was placed after the event or market outcome had already been determined, whether due to a technical error or deliberate exploitation of a data feed delay.
• The bet forms part of a pattern of activity consistent with arbitrage, scalping or exploitation of promotions rather than genuine recreational betting.

In-play bets are placed at the user's risk and reflect the state of the match at the moment they are confirmed. Bed Pro does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets during live events and may temporarily suspend markets without notice when events are interrupted or when pricing confidence cannot be maintained.

9Casino & Poker Rules

All casino games and poker tables at Bed Pro use certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-run return calculated over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of results within any individual session.

Poker at Bed Pro is player-versus-player. Bed Pro earns revenue through rake, the details of which are published transparently in the poker lobby. Players are prohibited from using poker bots, software assistants that make automated decisions or any collusion strategy with other players at the same table. Any player found doing so will have their account immediately suspended and their balance reviewed pending investigation.

• A disconnection during a casino game or poker hand does not automatically void the round. Results are determined by the game state at the moment of disconnection.
• Malfunctions in casino game software that produce clearly incorrect outcomes will be voided and stakes returned. Screenshot evidence of the malfunction should be submitted to support immediately.
• Demo mode games use virtual chips only and carry no monetary value. Winnings in demo mode cannot be converted to real PKR.

10Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Bed Pro. Engaging in any of them may result in bet voidance, winnings forfeiture, account suspension or permanent closure, at Bed Pro's sole discretion:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, play casino games or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, data feed errors or pricing mistakes to place bets at odds that do not reflect genuine market values.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a new-player promotion.
• Collusion with other players in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Bed Pro staff through any communication channel.

11Account Suspension & Closure

Bed Pro may suspend or close any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, that information provided is false or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held may be withheld pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed and the closure was made in error, the full balance will be returned promptly.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time for any reason by contacting support. Balances on voluntarily closed accounts will be paid out subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

12Responsible Gaming

Bed Pro is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. We offer the following tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings page at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has passed.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality-check reminders: On-screen notifications at intervals you choose to remind you of how long you've been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account for a minimum of 24 hours or up to permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and marketing communications will cease.

13Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by Bed Pro is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with our legal obligations and personalise your experience where you have opted in to such personalisation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do share certain data with payment processors, KYC verification services and regulatory bodies as required.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the Bed Pro Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, data feeds and the overall visual design — is the intellectual property of Bed Pro or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

You may not use any automated means to scrape odds data, player statistics or other information from the Platform for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Bed Pro.

15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bed Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or any financial loss beyond the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim giving rise to the liability.

Bed Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance. Bets placed immediately before or during a technical outage may be voided at Bed Pro's discretion where the outage materially affected the fairness of the bet.

16Amendments to These Terms

Bed Pro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — registered players will receive notification via the email address on file at least seven days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the Platform after amendments are published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the amended terms take effect.

17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Bed Pro is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute between you and Bed Pro, we ask that you first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If an informal resolution is not reached within 14 days of your complaint being formally lodged with support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Details of the applicable mediation process will be provided at the time of escalation.
